B2B Digital Marketing / Lead Generation Specialist

TAJMEP Solutions is looking for an experienced B2B Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to build and optimize our digital lead-generation system in Saudi Arabia.
The initial focus is not general social-media awareness. The objective is to generate qualified business inquiries and opportunities from facility managers, procurement teams, contractors, developers, property owners, project managers, and other decision-makers seeking MEP-related services.
The specialist will focus primarily on Google Search, LinkedIn B2B prospecting, conversion tracking, Google Business Profile, and lead-management tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Search Ads
- Build and manage LinkedIn B2B prospecting
- Set up and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Optimize Google Business Profile
- Improve basic local and technical SEO
Must Have
- Proven B2B lead-generation experience
- Strong Google Ads experience
- Experience with LinkedIn B2B prospecting or lead generation
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager knowledge
- Understanding of Saudi Arabia's B2B market
Nice to have
- Experience in MEP, construction, engineering, industrial services,
- Google Business Profile / Local SEO experience
- Google Adwords experience
- Experience with landing-page conversion optimization
